The timeline appears both important and manipulated by DOJ/administration. What do you think?
Why didn’t Abrego’s defense seek testimony about who specifically Saoud and Maguire communicated with/from, whether or not administration officials? A word to pursue Abrego from a not otherwise-involved person would be plenty to start things off.
Abrego's legal team subpoenaed Blanche and Singh, but DOJ moved to quash. The motions to compel were never adjudicated by the time all pretrial deadlines were paused.
Grateful, as always, for your careful exposition and clarification of details and for pointing out inconsistencies that might escape those of us without legal training.
Many thanks for the on-the-ground granular detail, Adam.
Always appreciate your breaking down these issues with clarity. Thank you for continuing to follow Abrego’s story.
