Grateful that Anthropic is fighting against this unprecedented and potentially disastrous overreach by the Trump regime, which wants the unrestricted ability to (mis)use their product in the conduct of fully-automated warfare, and mass surveillance of the American public.

Thank you...this wrap up was clear and to the point that those of us without extensive leagal knowledge can understand... most of the judges in this country have steel spines unlike most of congress...so grateful to them

Thank you, Adam. … “U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann, a registered Republican nominated to the bench by Barack Obama,” Ah, the good old days before the noble notion of “bipartisanship” had been blitzkrieged by a regime at total war with liberal democracy.

I don't like any person 'serving' in the drump administration.

I oppose all of their 'actions'.

Dos this mean that I am a 'deranged radical leftwing lunatic'?

Good I’m very happy to hear this news. It actually made my day. Hegseth claiming that somebody else is a liar and has a God complex. WTF and Trumps go to Radical Left woke company. I mean get a new phrase. These actions are unprecedented and unlawful, you think? I’m happy that someone is holding this regime accountable. Yay Trump violated three constitutional rights

Anthropic’s approach reminds me of the protagonists in “Person of Interest”

Anthropic earned my admiration for acknowledging and acting ethically within its AI limitations. I’m using Claude!!!

Great post Adam. I hope Anthropic wins. Good for them suing Hegseth too...he is more of a danger to us than Claude.
