What a sorry state of affairs. Of course it parallels the designation of judges as "Trump" or "Biden" or "Obama", etc. The state of the judiciary is my greatest current source of hope and frustration. Thank you, Adam.

Thank you Adam for the update. We must pull out all of the stops to tell the Senate that there is NO WAY Blanche is independent of Trump's wishes and therefore, he should not be confirmed!

Once again, pertinent information on the legal happenings in our country I have't seen elsewhere.

Thank you Adam!

Who is this "Mister Blanche" those lawyers are referring to? The only blanche I know is that toady who plays personal lawyer to the elected convicted felon. The guy who tries to keep the Epstein files from surfacing.

If the Senate confirms Blanche, it will tie with its confirmation of RFK Jr. by the four physicians in the GOP. Cassidy, Marshall, Barasso, and Paul. I make that comparison because many of the senators are lawyers. If anyone should have rejected Kennedy, it would have been a doctor. If anyone should reject Blanche, it should be a lawyer.

Thank you, Adam. Putting this piece together for us must have been painful.

“Regardless of political affiliation, the Republican National Lawyers Association is supposed to be — first and foremost — lawyers.” … OUCH!
