If he lied under oath, he should be prosecuted for perjury.

In a non-criminal administration, a major official lying repeatedly both in public and on the witness stand would be fired. In this case, he’s just following the example set by his ultimate boss, who no doubt approves, rewards and encourages this behavior.

Great report, Adam. Than God for sanity from the bench! Why do guys like Bovino cut their hair worse than medieval monks, ie, no sides? Surely that is not what is required by the military. It is an effective thug look, for sure.

My report is based on limited live reporting from the courthouse by the Chicago journalists whose reports I attribute, but I'll update this story once the written ruling is released. That should put some meat on the bones of that question as to the scope of the injunction.

Thank you, Adam. The rule of law still means something in this country, after all! It is so heartening to see these federal judges holding the line and keeping those in power in check... It is unfortunate that the so-called Supreme Court does not have the same backbone, has been bought and paid for, or they themselves are trying to advance an agenda... Either way, the Robert's Court will go down in Infamy as one of the most blatantly corrupt courts of this country's shameful past...
