“Lose your temper, lose your case.” This lawyers aphorism reminds me why I would never succeed in trial law. … “I have seen in my court more people not showing up for court dates. I have had two immigration attorneys asking me just today about what protocols are in place.” … In the America I grew up in this alone would make a not-guilty verdict a slam dunk. … Seething in San Francisco

Thank you for your attention to this case, Adam. Duggan certainly does not merit this persecution.

The Judge was doing what she felt was best, avoiding the chaos in the hallway. I am certain other Judges would have done the same thing to protect everyone from the drama by ICE. They have made a big deal out of nothing but an honest woman.

Aloha. On the COCONUT ONE FINGER WIRELESS. .

Call your Member of Congress —

To make it easy:

Before calling, take 10 seconds to look up your lawmakers:

👉 Find your Representative and Senators: https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative

👉 Senators: https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm

Then call:

Senate switchboard: 202-224-3121

House switchboard: 202-225-3121

When the operator answers, say:

“Please connect me to Senator/Representative [NAME].”

Once you’re transferred, use this message:

“I’m calling to let you know I’m very disturbed by what you are doing. I’m urging the Senator/Representative to demand the Trump administration to get things done for the people of this country.

If you’ve never called Congress before,. It takes 30 seconds. And staffers track these calls meticulously.

Thank You everybody for the likes. @travelingtumble weed: I used to have to run from tumble weeds going to and from high school. Got tackled by a few big ones. Mini skirt days. Ouch! 🤣
