It doesn't sound like the govt is going to be able to establish the element of Judge Dugan's intent beyond a reasonable doubt, given all the contradictions in the testimony. I'm guardedly optimistic about the defense winning this case!
Me too Nadine if the jury can wrap their heads around “beyond a reasonable doubt”. Juries are there to judge whether or not the prosecution has proved the charges beyond a reasonable doubt. All the pop culture courtroom trials I think have misled us in understanding the role of the jury. 🤞
