As I understand it presently, she cosigned on this other mortgage with her sister, and that house is her sister's principal residence. Which obviously means no harm, no foul.

Moreover, the governing statute (unusually enough) limits the for-cause qualifier to infractions that occur during the individual's tenure on the board. This mortgage was signed prior.

I’m not sure how we survive with a clearly biased group of appeals and Supreme Court judges. It pains me to say it, but too many judges are clearly anti union.
