I do agree with her that the many moving/developing parts in this story leave few options but to “wait and see.” But while we’re waiting, to actively RESIST! this authoritarian regime. Organized street protests are conducted almost daily now. Don’t wait for the next No Kings!

If trump really wants Iran to capitulate, he has to take total control of their oil shipping ports and the Strait of hormuz. It will take boots on the ground and ships in the Gulf of Oman and then in the Persian Gulf. Very costly in blood and treasure.
Iran will never capitulate. We are in a new era of asymmetrical warfare where our super-expensive military assets can be destroyed by relatively cheap drones in the air and under water. Russia is sending Iran target coordinates and Trump is enamoured/ensnared by Putin. What could posibbily go wrong?
