Now that the State Attorneys General have standing Judge Talwani held firm with her previous rulings in stopping the USPS in creating chaos thanks to the Whistleblower coming forward. Now it’ll wind its way back to the Supreme Court to rule on the merits and will uphold the Constitution and they won’t give Judge Talwani the “middle finger” and will rule in the State Attorneys General favor.
