Exactly. I'm sure many on the grand jury remember January 6th. They may also know about the pardons for everyone convicted.

I am gobsmacked by the comparison between 'a finger touching a law officer' and the assulting of the Capitol Police....and that tRUMP has sent the National Guard into Washington, D.C. at this time WHEN HE SAT AND ATE FOOD WHILE WATCHING THE ATTACK ON THE CAPITOL on JANUARY 6th!!

What relief to read that the Grand Jury refused to return an inditement! I have been so disappointed with the High Court's decisions both when in session and those shadow dockets...that I am losing trust in the 3rd Branch of government. BUT...today's decision is so satisfying...

25:25....What rights do we as citizens have that men with masks can demand we do whatever they say...men with masks and NO IDENTIFICATION as to who they are, no judicial warrent...can take us down because we don't comply? Can't the police arrest these people that happen to be Homeland Security???? Can't we take them to local or state courts???

Interesting that the wall painting of Sean Dunn is nothing like the real person. The real Sean Dunn was wearing pink and white or beige. No black. No mask. Right up in the g-man’s face. But the painting has him with his face covered, wearing black like an ICE agent. Kind of weird the difference.

Thanks Adam, Andrew - great explanations and discussion. All the things I learned in Trump 45 and resurfacing in Trump 47. Only worse. Groundhog Day.

I am with Andrew. I also choose to believe in the good faith of jurors even after having grown up in the pre-Civil Rights South.
