What an interesting choice for an organization to begin persecuting. It says so much about the ideology of those in power.

Surprising but not really surprising!

Thank you Adam and Mitch for this discussion, as thoroughly unsettling as it is. This heinous attack on the SPLC epitomizes the very focal point of Trump's existence: vengeance and hate for his perceived enemies. Vindictive and selective prosecution is his weapon of choice. I hope the case gets tossed as quickly as possible.

I was just thinking the same. And they can buy any damned thing they need with it.

I live in Montgomery, Alabama. Trump’s DOJ vs The SPLC reminds me of this exchange between characters in “The House of Cards.” Freddy to Frank Underwood: “Somebody’s tryin’ to take you out?” Frank: “Appears that way.” Freddy: “Whoever it is, they done stepped on the wrong mother-f*ckin rattlesnake.”

Great discussion! Thanks.

As usual, you are right on top of the news, Adam. This is appalling misjudgment by the Regime.

Have also donated a few x to them.

Thank you Adam and Mitch! I have so much respect for SPLC. May this case die and show the evil intent of the Trump injustice department.

So SPLC used funds to pay informants to gain intelligence from the hate groups? Then SPLC gave the FBI and local authorities that information? Just like cops, fbi, cia use our tax dollars to pay informants?

Why does blanch and kashyap have to twist and defile any good being done? Maybe they are simply stupid or ignorant?

Seems to me that they are manufacturing crime, wasting taxpayer dollars to justify their existence.

FYI-tonight Glen Kirshner’s review of the ruling on the SPLC case reiterated the information Mitch shared in detail here. Excellent!
