I tried to unpack some of the context of the decision in a just-published article. Long story short: I said that the SCOTUS ordered "cleared" the case for dismissal because it didn't do it on its own. The D.C. Circuit is getting the case back.

I went to tour the Capitol Building in 2014. I forgot I had my Swiss Army knife in my purse zip pocket. The entry security persons made me THROW IT AWAY before I would be allowed to tour the Capitol. A Swiss Army knife was not allowed into the Capitol. So - those J6 bastards, who in bloody hell do they think they are that all their attacking was just OK and police trying to keep them out is an infringement on their rights?
I replaced my Swiss Army knife because it is a TOOL, not a WEAPON. Those J6 bastards used weapons against the police, but not a one used a Swiss Army knife. Shame on them for this second assault on We, the People.
don't the victims have standing to enter the case and object? Isn't this what happened in the Epstein case? A sweetheart deal made by Bondi as the DA in Florida? That should be cause for the judge to appoint an outside prosecutor - they're playing catch and kill on convictions, it's a raw abuse of power

The Jan 6 Class Action lawsuit is NUTS! Its like opposite day every day. They should not get one penny.
