What if instead of "Sarcone served in the Northern district of New York"--which he didn't bc everything he touched was discarded--how about "Sarcone was appointed to serve..."? Just a tweak.

Another chance where the government cover-up could have been exposed! If only the hacker had turned it over to some reputable paper (Guardian?), or set up a wikileaks. That would have spared the world the utter destruction of Trump 2.
