Actually I think they are dragging their feet on the tariffs because their portfolio's are all doing so well, frankly as is mine and yours. If they find the tariffs can't stand then they have to figure out how to apply reparations, as Barrett brought up, and that could have a very deleterious effect on portfolios.

the fed reserve they saw all their own investments going down the tubes and they weren't in for that.
