I can't wait for the research showing why Americans idealize and idolize crime bosses, from the Sopranos and Corleones to Al Capone and Donald Trump. Trump's taken it to a new level by linking foreign crime boss/political leaders such as Putin w/ Trump's own crime dynasty that started w/ his dad and now, I fear, might even include his grandchildren, as criminals in training.
Actually, we don't need research. Because at some point there will be a TV series if the BBC wants to do Mar-a-lago Abbey featuring America's Trump crime family.

Thank you, Adam. Their every accusation is a confession. Explanations of how Justice in America was so nearly trashed wholly will fill future volumes. But right now we are in the thick of the battle to rescue our democracy. The news these days appears to be trending in a positive direction but it is way too early to be celebrating. Hopefully we are learning as we go. Re-learning what Justice is supposed to be with the goal, after we throw the bums out, of enacting laws to buttress the system against future like attacks … I’m delighted to see Brennen’s petition to preserve all records. No “18 minute gaps” à la Nixon’s tape this time. Fingers crossed. Much work to be done. VOTE Y’ALL. Then try, convict, and sentence under law. Never forget. Ever!

Oh, Mr. Trump, you and your cohorts are all fit for a mental asylum. These past nineteen months have done nothing for the average American citizen; it has been nothing but a revenge parade. Hopefully, the American citizen can sort this out at the ballot box and rid this vermin. Trump and his buddies Steven Witkoff, Jared Kushner, Scott Bessent, Russell Vought and Howard Lutnick have all got to be sent packing. Trump has got the USA mired in a war with Iran; Russia is warring with Ukraine; the AfD is making headway in Germany, who happen to be pro-Russia. Jeez, the world is on a journey of chaos, and Trump just sucks up to Putin and the other demonic leaders. Little Donald Jr. & Bettina Trump are off to an exotic Island paid for by Umar Kremlev, a Russian oligarch.. Umar Kremlev, a prominent Russian oligarch and president of the International Boxing Association (IBA), is closely linked via his family to Healthy Fatherland, a Russian youth sports and health organization sanctioned by Ukraine for its involvement in the abduction, illegal deportation, and forced relocation of Ukrainian children. The world is in terrible shape. Vote Blue all the way and end this nightmare.
