I wish I had read this yesterday. I gave it to a friend in Mormon Women for Ethical government. They have historically been strongly opposed to family separation.

Absolutely. It's linked in the article here.

Thank you, Adam. I submitted my comment. I totally missed this so I always appreciate the heads-up.

Question for you. Is it best to submit comments anonymously? That’s what I’ve been doing. Would my comment have more meaning/weight to the courts if I identified myself? Appreciate your opinion on this.

Your comment has been sent for review. This process is dependent on agency public submission policies/procedures and processing times. Once the agency has posted your comment, you may view it on Regulations.gov using your Comment Tracking Number.

Hi Sandy, it's entirely a personal decision about your comfort about writing publicly. Some people choose to write in their names; others choose to post anonymously.

I'm about to update this story with an interview with a commenter whom I was able to contact because he posted in his name. So, it's a matter of one's personal desire for privacy vs. wanting to be visible in a public forum.

Thank you. I’ll watch for that update.
