Was it hidden among all sorts of other stuff? As was SO much! Nonetheless: who/what was sponsoring this -- or was it Trump/MAGA thinking ahead to the current last-months-to now situation? And to get in the bill, what did THEY (whoever THEY are) intend to DO with the appropriation?

Interesting that the Italian marble facade whereon the letter’s of Trump’s name were affixed was damaged during the removal of them. Would appreciate seeing and reading more reporting out of the DC press about that fact—as in irreparable damage to irreplaceable marble imported from Italy over 63 years ago.
Seems to me that illegally putting your name on a building, then damaging the marble to remove it is an act of Vandalism. It is a load of horse shit. Trump's a child with a load in in panties. Damage in excess of $1000. is a felony.

Why doesn't the judge just appoint a special master, or some such, to take over the Kennedy Center with authority to audit it and get a structural enagineering report on the building including an assessment of the damage to the facade?
If it IS in financial disarray, every current board member on the Kennedy Center needs to be evaluated for fiduciary misconduct, detail by detail. There is personal liability - which is generally why board members, even low level 501s, have at least a little liability insurance. Seems civilly actionable.

Gee, I can't understand why anyone would dislike Trump. I mean he's such a kind, generous fellow who always has a nice word for others and there's not a vengeful bone in his body. Added to his warm, welcoming nature is his willingness to always lend a helping hand, and he never thinks about himself, but rather what he can do for others. He is the Gandhi of the 21st century. A true believer in non-violence and universal rights for human beings.
So, it's really difficult to understand why anyone would have anything negative to say about such a sweet old, grandfatherly figure. Everybody wants to sit on his lap and have him tell them stories about the time he helped a little orphan, who as a result of Trump's help is happy and prosperous today.
