This superseding indictment smells of grand jury abuse that we have seen of late by the Trump regime’s DOJ. How slanted or “massaged” was the new information about the “love affair” that was presented to the grand jurors? Was it made clear to them that this particular project resulted in the DISRUPTION of the neo-Nazi group and NOT in supporting it??? False presentations and half truths are the specialty of this regime’s federal prosecutors.

What am I missing? … “Congress passed the Corporate Transparency Act over Trump's veto on January 1, 2021.” An Act is a law, no? So, how can Bessent constitutionally abolish this law? I get how he can try to get away with not enforcing a law. The Trump regime does this all the time. But how, by seeming fiat, can he outright abolish a law? … Seriously, I don’t get it. What am I missing?
