I would wonder if each grand juror could be separately queried in camera by the Judge, thus retaining the secrecy, and asked what Lindsey Halligan said to them that convinced them to indict Mr Comey.
The Appeal of the Jack Smith case, which was expected to have been upheld by the Circuit Court was withdrawn when Trump was elected president. I have the PACER document mentioning that it was withdrawn, but have not yet sought the one at the Circuit Court of Appeals.

I served on two grand juries. one of them lasting over the course of several months and cannot ever recall a recorder (human) NOT being in the room with us. Also, we were reminded every single session that the proceedings were to be secret, that if we talked about the proceedings "outside", we could jeopardize the whole outcome of the legal actions. As usual, the gov't attorneys have to grasp at straws and hope that the judges are either stupid or as ignorant of the law or as corrupt as Pam Bondi and Lindsay Halligan appear to be.

But what do you mean after 4:28? 4:28 to when? How long a lapse might this be???
