Excellent summary! I was also struck by the role of the woman described as HR, KK. One outlet compared her role as similar to Ghislaine Maxwell. As I listened to Mia’s testimony, I was reminded of the network that allowed this criminal activity I thought Mia’s testimony that Diddy held on to her passport. We had an Emirati attending the Naval War College prosecuted for kidnapping, as he did the same with a Filipina housekeeper.

Thank you for this measured summary. I hope someday the United States has laws for undue influence like the United Kingdom.

Great Piece. Incredible that he has 10 lawyers and all they can come up with is that the expert is paid! This has trauma all over it and the stories of Diddy taking his guns and running out to address something, shows how scared one might be with their abuser controlling every move. If the defense is that he is just a domestic abuser, that's bad, but what's worse is that everyone in his orbit was numb to his actions because this was likely going on for years and years. The defense is helping the prosecution by attacking the witnesses as fame and money seekers. The trauma bond issue is real and any cross section of people will have experienced it in some way. If Trump pardons this guy....I don't know what to say. He will certainly have lost the traumatized people vote along with so many others. Great work, Adam! Thanks for going to court for us. We really need cameras in the courtroom.
