Same judge. He called the Hernandez case “persuasive” in the lower court ruling, which was later overturned. But he argued (1) it wasn’t binding precedent and (2) the facts were distinguishable. This issue will factor strongly in the appeals

Can this be appealed? (Just like Trump+ appeals everything!!!) Here, in Dugan's case, an appeal would be worthwhile, unlike Trump's doing so for delay tactics.
Essentially, they could do this to anyone not just the judge. Just maybe a random person telling a person where an exit is. Eyes open to history. Who the accomplices are. Going after everyone’s rights, no matter if you are a good, decent person.

Just sad... there is rot in the justice department but you would think they would hide when they smell ....Dugan is very very brave
