Does Comey have standing to object to vioations of Richman's 4th amendment rights? I kinda doubt it. The big problem here is the uncertainty around whether the GJ actually voted on the indictment that was returned. 2nd is Halligan's misstatement of the GJ's duty to rely solely on the record. The rest is amazingly sloppy, but probably not fatal.
Did Judge Currie ever get a complete copy of the grand jury transcript, including what she said to the jurors after about 4:28 pm for some period of time?
Lindsey Halligan and Blond Bondi should be disbarred by the American Bar Assn as soon as possible.
