The case against David Hearn should be immediately dismissed with prejudice and if the Judge doesn’t decide to do so his lawyers should file a motion for the grand jury transcripts. In addition, he should seek damages for defamation and for his reimbursement for legal fees. I’ve always wondered what Putin has to hold over Trump for how he always rushes to defend him. I am especially interested in what happens with the NM AG case. I can imagine Trump canning Blanche to justify spending a lot of time getting another person in the temporary AG seat. I can also imagine DJT not knowing if he was conspiring with the Russians! I can hear it now, "Putin just liked my daughter and my beautiful buildings. :-)
I may have read too fast but I didn’t get where the description of the “pattern emerging” was going. Why did “Disgraced journalist John Solomon … now serving on a White House task force” release “declassified memos [that] could support an ongoing ‘grand conspiracy’ investigation into Trump’s enemies”? To bury them while nobody (other than you, Adam! Thank you!) was paying attention? Or from gross incompetence? Or because he suddenly ‘got religion’ and wants to be a hero? Or does the answer remain to be seen?!

I'm thinking this is a smokescreen to give "plausible deniability" for lying to the public. It reeks of foul play.
