Its been a great week so far for justice and the rule of law with the culmination of more good news tomorrow when the judge quashes the Trump’s Justice subpoenas in the New York Times Journalists and their families case. Thanks, Adam, for clarifying and expanding the case before Judge Reyes. I only got the headlines. Then I heard Major Makeup crowing about testosterone for cis men and wondered how that policy could possibly be reconciled with their anti-trans argument. You and Judge Reyes made me smile today.
I wonder if Christina Rank can sue Pamela Jo, specifically, for defamation? Apparently the case was SO bad that "the government requests this case be dismissed with prejudice.” In other words, not no way, not no how was this legitimate. How does this not indicate an *intent* to harm?
Sadly, I'm not a lawyer. (Though Adam Klasfeld, Joyce Vance, Katie Phang and a bunch of others are working to remedy that lack of knowledge!)
