Will this give former-Judge Hannah Dugan another chance for vindication? She has been obviously railroaded by MAGA-sympathizers. This must be pursued in light of this latest ruling.
I just added a correction to this story. Although the voided policies referred to arrests "in or near courthouses," the policies challenged by this lawsuit specifically referred to immigration courthouses, not state or local ones. I'm continuing to research the implications of the ruling.
I would hope this ruling could positively impact Hannah Dugan's situation. Ice... Trump... +++ have been going WAY TOO FAR! Thank heavens for rulings that constrain them.

There are few people in Gov't that I respect since 🎺came into office; but these Judges are 3 of them. 💓
