What a fantastick question!! An arrow to the heart of this rotten corpse zombie administration:

"YOU THINK THIS IS LAWFUL BUSINESS?" stated Judge Brinkema. My champion!!

3 cheers and an elevation to the suprermes.

Thanks, Adam Klasfeld. Regarding the last line: what can Judge Brinkema do after the week has passed with no 'proof beyond a reasonable doubt'? Throw Blanche in jail for contempt? Recommend his disbarment? Actually forc e [who?] to release the slush fund money back to the Treasury, or wherever an expenditure not approved by Congress is held until such time as it is appropriately appropriated? Please explain!

Look for the Florida case for the punitive side of things. If nothing in a week, all that happens here is the injunction stands.

Thanks. Does it become a permanent injunction or stay preliminary for now?

Still preliminary. But those are indefinite until a permanent is issued once a record is fully developed

Unfortunately, I think this is far from over. All the trump sycophants are tripping over themselves to try to please him. These funds would be helpful for inciting the Jan 6th horde for his next insurrection. Congress already gave him $70B for ICE goons, who are essentially his private army. I am not optimistic for the future of this country.

Oh, that must have been a very satisfying, soul-nourishing session. An angry federal judge is something I would never want to encounter.
