Thank you, Adam. Jackson is growing into one of the great ones, and it is wonderful to hear her at the pace of being read to -- with emphasis --, to be able to resonate and think at her high level.

Thank you, Adam. Very proud of you, sir!

Today I will celebrate our Day of Independence by attending two separate INDIVISIBLE organized protests after which I’ll begin my read of the book “AMERICA, U.S.A., How Race Shadows the Nation’s Anniversaries” by Princeton professor Eddie Glaude Jr..

Thank you for sharing Justice Jackson’s wise and profound words. I appreciate you and your excellent reporting on the courts. I hope you find some joy celebrating our quarter millennial. Hopefully the pendulum will swing towards justice for all in the near future.

Thanks Adam! Remembering our 250 years. We have each other, we have independent journalists. Lucky we all found you and each other.

Thank you.

I am spending July 4th at home on Cape Cod reflecting on the past 250 plus years since Europeans came to colonize the "new world."

As a person of European and Jewish ancestry, I cringe for what's happening today and for the unrepentance of this country for its duplicity in times of enslavement too. "We the people" should be for every human, regardless of skin color, place of origin, sexual orientation ... And we must not forget the indigenous people we harmed and continue to ignore and harm by our colonialization of the "new world."

I’m so grateful for your voice of reason in these crazy times Adam.

I’m going to staff the Master Gardener booth at the county fair today. I’m a big proponent of home native plant pollinator gardens.

Thank you Adam for your reading of Justice Jackson’s Birth Right Citizenship Opinion. It certainly deserved to be read aloud on our country’s 250th Birthday. While we all watched Ketanji Brown Jackson during her confirmation hearing that President Biden had chosen a real winner to be on the Supreme Court. While Chief Justice Roberts and his shameful Politicized Conservatives will beat the Taney Court and take First Place on the list of one of the worst Supreme Court in our country’s history. Thanks for all you do Adam in keeping us so very well informed on everything legal in terms all of us non-lawyers can understand. I’m so very glad to be a Subscriber.

Many thanks Adam for offering this opinion. Your presentations on Substack are so enjoyable even though the news is sometimes a challenge.

Astounding. And moving. Thank you Adam, for giving me a way to "celebrate" July 4th and to find hope for my country, which I love.

And after listening to this, it’s horrifying that masked neo-Nazis were marching on the National Mall today, some carrying Confederate flags. It feels like we are going backwards in time.

Thank you, hearing/watching the video of your reading today, helps me feel more patriotism today, even though our SCOTUS has made decisions based on politics, there is sanity with several Judges who rule according to the constitution. I thank them and you for the reading.
