Yes, it was a great day for Democrats but importantly, WHAT A GREAT DAY FOR WOMEN AND MUSLIMS!!! It goes to show, when candidates address the relevant issues in a region, voters don't so much care what they look like.
Why on earth did Barrett ask the lawyer for the *plaintiffs* about the consequences if they won?? She had the government's lawyer sitting right there - the gov't that would be in charge of paying the businesses back and might be able to answer that question. I certainly don't like the idea that this would affect their decision. That would imply there is law-breaking that they wouldn't remedy because it's just so complicated to do so...
