Trump exaggerated - no landslide but enough human votes to get Pennsylvania’s electoral college votes. Musk’s computer skills likely worked beyond Penn: all 7 swing states electiral votes went to Trump.
As much as I'd like to believe this, my skepticism gene tells me that all our diligent Democracy lawyers would have done something if there were something to be done.
I also have my doubts about alleged Musk coding skills, a guy who throws Nazi salutes and then pretends he's giving a "from the heart" salute. Eff him.
If Marc Elias, the ACLU, Lisa Graves and her various groups and affiliations, not excluding people like Andrew Weissmann, Adam Klasfeld, Neal Katyal, the entirety of LEGAL AF lawyers and above all, J. Michael Luttig didn't see fit to pursue this makes me doubt there was a genuine water-tight case here.
Of course, I am no lawyer or s/w engineer or ugly-ass South Afrikkkaner with gywazzo bucks he does not need or deserve, but if educated, talented, driven-to-preserve-Democracy groups or individuals did not pursue this, I will need more than just a Trump flex and transcript to bring a case that there were indeed enough votes. I would love it to be so, but it's far too late to act on that premise/suspicion.

May I suggest that rather than “missed the scoop”, it appears that CBS “veered hard in the opposite direction to avoid the story.” There must be absolutely incendiary information in the Trump Epstein Files, given the amount of effort expended by his allies to suppress discussion in this manner.
