It’s part of the New York State court system and the committee is part of the Third Judicial Department of the Appellate Division

Thank you Adam for explaining the reasons details cannot be disclosed. Hopefully any future employer or client will conduct due diligence for whatever can be found in the public record.

How about disbarment proceedings? Are those considered “private and confidential”?

This is incredibly serious and a full account of the action, or actions taken, should be published - in my opinion. Thank you for this article Adam.

I hope this makes him a liability for the regime and they cut him loose to spend more time with his family. That would be a small step toward justice because who will hire him then?

Thanks so much for reporting on this, Adam.

I don’t know if the Grievance Committee is part of the NY Bar Association or the NY court system. Whichever it is, shame on them. Who are they protecting? The public has no recourse against these abusive, malevolent creeps masquerading as public servants and officers of the court. This is why so many people have no trust in what was once the justice system. That being said, I do appreciate the honest attorneys and organizations fighting these state bar approved criminals.

Why is this sort of news still shocking? Maybe a decent fellow or gal would really bowl me over out of this gangsta admin!

There is no bottom to the sleaze in this administration’s appointments and actions. There is a heavy accent of shade around all of its transactions involving the law.
